3B Tax distribution debate begins (Mobridge Tribune)

Questions concerning the use of the 3B Tax brought heated responses from the crowd gathered at the Mobridge City Council meeting Monday, Dec. 1, as the “sunshine clause” of the tax ordinance will go into effect on July 1, 2009 if another ordinance concerning the tax is not approved.
