The International Space Station is currently in orbit around Earth, with three astronauts living there at any one time, along with any visiting shuttles. But with that many people in such a small place a once, there’s obviously going to be problems with storing enough water to keep everyone hydrated and happy. Which is why NASA invented a water purifier capable of turning urine, sweat, and bath water in to perfectly drinkable water. Unfortunately, the tests didn’t always go fully to plan.
